Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, degree in Political Science, is Deputy Director and Vice-Provost for Research at Sciences Po Paris (Institut d'Etudes Politiques). He teaches political science, political values and behaviours, political sociology. He was formerly director of the political science post-graduate seminar (1996-2004). He was visiting professor at various universities : NYU, Waseda, Oxford.
GÚrard GRUNBERG is President of the national committee of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique ( CNRS ) for Human Social Sciences. He is a member of various associations (American Political Science Association), board association (French Political Science Association) and scientific committees (Presses de Sciences Po, Revue Franšaise de Science Politique).
He has published widely on Political behavior and systems of values, French and European socialist parties, French and European public opinion and politics. He is coeditor of La dÚmocratie Ó l'Úpreuve, Une nouvelle approche de l'opinion des Franšais, Paris, Presses de Sciences Po, 2002 and Le vote des quinze, Paris, Presses de Sciences Po, 2000.
