1975: Graduate of Solvay Business School at Université Libre de Bruxelles

From 1975 to 1990: S.T.I.B (Société des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles), department for civil works of Brussels Underground.; in charge of studies.
1990-1995: mobility department of Brussels Regional Administration in charge of first urban mobility plan (IRIS) and all public transport related items (management contract with STIB, program for network expansion and commercial speed)
1995-1999: counsellor of Minister of Public Works and Mobility for Brussels Region
1999 mobility department of Brussels Regional Administration in charge of:
Management contract with local public transport operator (STIB)
Second urban mobility plan (IRIS),
Improvement of public transport system (extension of network, development of streetcar, commercial speed improvement….)

Missions for Transurb Consult (study office)
1987 Athena: economic aspects of underground projects
1987 Paris: BOT for Bangkok Transit (economic aspects)- partnership with Bouygues
1988 Lyon: development scheem for Bogota Transit (Colombia) (partnership with SEMALY).
1989 Lima: urban development plan for the Region Lima-Callao- public transport aspects
1991-1992 Bangkok: development study for 3 bus terminals in Bangkok (Transport Company Limited).

Other:
1991-1993: participation to EU Med-Urbs program (cities around Mediterranean sea)
2002-2003: participation to EU Asia-Urbs project in Vientiane (Laos) in 2002 and 2003.
